Terms and Conditions
- When booking with us, the guest pays a deposit of 500 SAR in advance, and each guest must ensure the contents of the apartment of furniture and equipment when starting his residence directly, as he will be responsible for any damages that occur during the period of his stay.
- The guest must put money and valuables in the reception safe, and the management and all employees are not responsible for any lost and found inside the apartment, whether before or after departure.
- It is absolutely not allowed to house any additional person (other than the main guests of the apartment) except after the approval of the administration in advance, completing the procedure for registering the necessary data and paying the prescribed fee for the additional guest legally.
- Check-in time for reservations starts from 3 pm.
- Each guest must inform the reception department at least two hours before the departure time, and the tenant is obligated to pay a full day's rent for the apartment, and in the event that he is late to leave on time, which is 12 pm from the date of departure, the guest is not entitled to extend if the apartment was previously booked from another person, or the administration's unwillingness to continue.
